新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间法医现场勘验与尸体(5)

建议地级城市应专门设置一间BSL-3尸体解剖室，解剖室实施污染区、缓冲区1、半污染区、缓冲区2和清洁区的区域隔离，人流与物流分离，配备通风和空气净化系统，空气按负压梯度流动，配备空气排放过滤和污物污水处理系统，既做到确保生物安全，又适应法医病理解剖的特殊需要[18]，以应对突发公共卫生安全事件时的公安司法办案和医学研究用途。

建议建立地市级公安、疾控、民政、卫健、环保等多部门的协调机制，疾控、环保部门加强对公安机关现场勘验及尸体检验中生物检材提取、包装、送检和尸体检验的指导，民政部门做好疑似感染者尸体从现场到尸体解剖室之间的交接转运和处置，公安机关案件调查与检验结束后将疫情及时上报疾控、卫健部门等。做到疫情期间，多部门紧密配合联防联控。
